JetX99 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

To register and maintain an account on JetX99, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JetX99 does not permit any person under 18 to register, use or access any part of the platform.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement of this type.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended JetX99 account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a JetX99 employee or contractor where that individual has access to non-public platform information.

JetX99 may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity or address. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued identity document. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

By registering on JetX99, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. JetX99 accepts no liability for problems arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your JetX99 account credentials at all times. This includes your username, password, any two-factor authentication codes and any other information used to access your account.

• Do not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not use JetX99 on shared or public devices where your login credentials might be stored or accessed by others.
• You must notify JetX99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• JetX99 cannot be held responsible for losses or problems arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one JetX99 account. Opening, operating or using multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. JetX99 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

JetX99 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: identity fraud, providing false registration information, collusion, match fixing involvement, money laundering or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

All financial transactions on JetX99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or foreign exchange charges. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your JetX99 wallet, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount that will be sent to your chosen payment method, subject to any applicable minimum thresholds.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Easypaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered mobile wallet
• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered mobile wallet
• NayaPay — instant deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay — instant deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — deposits and withdrawals processed within standard banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Minimum Deposit: Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification level — contact support for specific details.

Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawal timelines depend on your card issuer.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the JetX99 account holder — are not permitted. JetX99 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend the associated JetX99 account pending investigation.

JetX99 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions to Pakistani mobile wallets or bank accounts. However, your own bank or payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside JetX99's control. Please check with your payment provider for any applicable fees on their end.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on JetX99, including cricket betting, sports betting, esports betting and all live in-play markets.

Bet Acceptance: JetX99 reserves the right to decline or void any bet, either before or after acceptance, if there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed: based on privileged inside information, in an attempt to exploit a technical error in the platform, in connection with a suspicious betting pattern or in breach of any rule set out in this section.

Odds Changes: The odds displayed on JetX99 are subject to change at any time prior to final bet confirmation, particularly for live in-play markets. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds at confirmation are the final odds for that bet. JetX99 is not liable for changes in odds between the time a player selects a bet and the time of final confirmation.

• Minimum bet per selection: Rs 500.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event type — displayed on the bet slip.
• Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body for the sport or event.
• In-play bets are subject to the live rules applicable at the time of placement, which may differ from pre-match rules for the same market.
• For cricket matches — if a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under DLS or the applicable tournament rules, all bets on match-result markets will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• For esports matches — if a match is cancelled or not completed within 72 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets on that match will typically be voided.

JetX99 uses a proprietary odds engine that updates live betting markets in real time. The platform does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets during technical interruptions, force majeure events or match suspensions. JetX99's settlement decisions on disputed or incomplete events are final.

JetX99 offers bonuses, promotions and free bets to eligible players from time to time. These offers are subject to specific Terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

General bonus principles that apply across all JetX99 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device IP address unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Free bets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• JetX99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of the account.
• Wagering on certain low-margin markets may not count fully towards bonus wagering requirements — specific exclusions are detailed in individual promotion terms.

JetX99 is not obligated to offer any specific bonus or promotion to any player. The availability of a promotion to one player does not guarantee its availability to another. JetX99 may exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion without providing a reason.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered JetX99 players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Limits take effect immediately when set. Reductions are immediate; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a defined period of gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from JetX99 for a defined period — 1 day, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During this period, you cannot log in or place bets. Cooling-off requests take effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from JetX99. This is an irreversible action — permanently excluded accounts cannot be reopened. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion.

JetX99 will never market gambling products to players who have self-excluded or are on a cooling-off period. Any player who believes they have received marketing communications in error after opting out should contact support immediately.

JetX99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on JetX99, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key data principles that JetX99 observes:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity and contact you regarding your account or promotions you have opted into.
• JetX99 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You are permitted to access and use the JetX99 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any JetX99 content without prior written permission.
• Use any JetX99 logo, brand name or trademark in any way that might suggest endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Use automated tools, scrapers or data extraction software to access or harvest data from the JetX99 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JetX99 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, winnings or data arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Losses arising from technical errors, system outages, communication failures or interruptions to internet or mobile data services.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties including payment processors, telecommunications providers or internet service providers.
• Decisions made by players based on odds information or live data displayed on the platform — all betting decisions are made at the player's own risk.

JetX99 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for periods of downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability in a way that would be unlawful under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law or any other mandatory applicable legal provision.

These Terms are subject to the applicable laws and regulations governing the use of online services. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of JetX99, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance — the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

JetX99's decisions on bet settlement, account actions and policy enforcement are final, provided they have been reached consistently with these Terms and JetX99's standard operating procedures. All formal disputes must be raised with support@jetx99.app within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online betting and gaming services in the relevant jurisdiction. Players are responsible for understanding the local laws applicable to online betting activity in their specific location.
