Setting up and managing your JetX99 account
Registration on JetX99 takes under 2 minutes. Go to /register, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number (format: 3XXXXXXXXX without the leading 0), and a strong password. Confirm your date of birth, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit. You will receive a one-time OTP on your mobile to verify your number — enter it and your JetX99 account is active immediately. Email is optional but useful for account recovery.
Yes, registering a JetX99 account is completely free — there are no sign-up fees, no monthly charges and no account maintenance fees. You only spend money on JetX99 when you voluntarily choose to make a deposit and place bets. The minimum deposit after registration is Rs 500.
No. JetX99 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual may hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts — under the same or a different name or mobile number — violates JetX99's Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being suspended. If you have lost access to your account, contact support@jetx99.app for recovery assistance rather than creating a new account.
Visit /login and enter either your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address, followed by your password. JetX99 supports both login methods. If you are logging in from a new device, you may be asked for an OTP verification code sent to your registered mobile number as an additional security step. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and JetX99 will send a password reset link via SMS. The link is valid for 15 minutes. Follow it to set a new password, then log in normally. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@jetx99.app with your full name and CNIC for manual identity verification and account recovery.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use JetX99. We verify age during registration and may request CNIC documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be immediately suspended. JetX99 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If a cricket match is abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs required for a result under the applicable ruleset (typically DLS), all pre-match bets placed on outright match winner markets are voided and the stake is returned to your JetX99 wallet. To apply self-exclusion, email support@jetx99.app with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and your full name and registered mobile number. It will be processed within 1 hour. Any remaining wallet balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after identity verification. All marketing communications stop immediately upon self-exclusion.
A cooling-off period is a temporary break from JetX99 — available in durations of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During the period, you cannot log in, place bets or make deposits. All marketing stops. Unlike self-exclusion, cooling-off is temporary — your account automatically becomes accessible again after the period ends.
